I have been very happy with all care at Newdigate surgery.
Receptionist very friendly but very frustrating when you are waiting and they don’t even acknowledge that you are standing there, I appreciate they are busy and cannot talk but a nod or smile in your direction to acknowledge you are not being ignored.
Very helpful to be reminded of appointments.

The very nice receptionists who were all most helpful. The speed of getting an appointment with a doctor. Having seen various doctors over the years they are all so very nice. Dr Rauson and Dr Breat particularly stand out.

This Practice is extremely helpful. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. We have only moved to this Practice in the last few months and wish we had done so years ago.
